Accounts Section

 
The main functions of this department are:

  • Maintaining day-to-day accounts of expenses and disbursements.
  • Checking of bills as per the approved amount/ work order / purchase orders.
  • Maintaining accounts for projects of Central and State Govt.
  • Making payments to the suppliers/ contractors.
  • Helping EO for the preparation of Budgets
  • Salary payments and keeping salary records
  • Keeping records for Provident Funds
  • Arranging Loans and interaction with Banks and other funding organizations
  • Making payments to the wage laborers on the basis of the approval and maintenance of the records
  • Maintenance and up gradation of Accounting System
