Applications are invited Cooch Behar Municipal area for recruitment of 3 nos. Of HHW(Honorary Health Worker) under Cooch Behar Municipality as per the particulars mentioned below.

Applicants are invited online for the post of HHW(Honorary Health Worker) (No. of Post - 3) of Cooch Behar Municipality on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 (one) year on a monthly remuneration of Rs.4,500/- (Rupees Four thousand five hundred) only per month vide office memo bearing no. SUDA-11017(18)/1/2021/3328(76) dated 31.08.2021 Of Director, SUDA. The applicants must be female in the age group of 30-40 years as on 1st day of the calendar year i.e. as on 01.01.2021. In case Of SC/ST/OBC(A/B) candidates, the lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years. Also the applicants must be the residents of Cooch Behar Municipal area and should be married/divorced/widow.

Educational qualification: Minimum Madhyamik pass or equivalent examination.

All applications must be enclosed with self attested copy of Madhyamik Admit Card for proof of age, Residential Certificate, self attested copy of Marriage Certificate / Voter Card / Ration Card / Aadhaar Card mentioning husband name for married candidates, Death Certificate of husband for widows and Order of Hon’ble Court for divorce if any for divorcees, copy of mark sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as applicable, proof of SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B in case of SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B candidates, as per certificate issued by the Sub Divisional Officer / DWO, Kolkata.

Job Title : Manager-Skills Micro Enterprises,MIS & ME

Job Description :

Age: The upper age limit for the post is 40 years as on 01.04.2014. 
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in Social Science preferably in Social Wok/Sociology/Economics/Management.
Experience: 2-3 years practical experience of working in implementation of skill training and placement programmes and also designing and implementation of MIS & ME.
Other Qualifications:
Proficient with MS Office, Strong Analytical Skills, Experience of working with Government Institutions will be given preference.
In addition to the above mentioned competencies, very good documentation skills and very good at preparation of reports. Proficient with project Management Software, Database Management System will be given preference.
Fluency in English and Bengali or Local languages of West Bengal
Scope of Work:

i)Ensure that the city adhere to the EST & P guidelines prescribed by NULM.

ii)Prepare work plan for EST &P agenda for the city.

iii)Responsible for the EST & P targets of the city.

 iv) Ensure Identification of Skill Training Providers( STPs) at the city level and monitoring the performance quality of the STPs and other agencies involved.

 v) Responsible for providing need based Technical assistance to Cos.

 vi) Ensure linkages with industry associations, skill development mission, sector skill councils, line departments, resource institutes, and other relevant agencies.

vii) Ensure that the city adhere to the guidelines prescribed by NULM.

viii) Prepare work plan for Universal Financial Inclusion (UFI) and Self Employment Programme (SEP) agenda for the city.

ix) Responsible for UFI & SEP targets of the city.

x) Ensure the bank linkages for SHGs and its members at the city level.

xi) Facilitate access to credit for micro enterprises set up by the urban poor at the city level.

xii) Arranging for appropriate linkages with relevant agencies/ departments and integrate Universal Financial Inclusion and Self-employment programme agenda in implementing of NULM.

xiii) Prepare work plan for monitoring of the components of NULM

xiv) Responsible for the ensuring proper implementation of MIS at the city level, compilation of information at the city level and submission of the same to the state.

xv) Undertake real time monitoring of the scheme at the city level.

xvi) Responsible for timely submission of information to state.

xvii)Responsible for providing need based Technical Assistance to Cos. 

xviii) Adhere to all monitoring and reporting systems like baseline study, MPRs, Process documentation etc. at city level.

xix) Work closely with other Managers at the city level for successful monitoring of NULM.

xx) Perform any other related tasks assigned by the City Project Officer, CMMU.

 

Contractual monthly remuneration for the post will be Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only with  engagement period of maximum two years at a time along with the provision of subsequent renewal after every one year based on satisfactory performance appraisal along with enhancement.

Scope of the work

1) Manager- Social Development & Infrastructure

iii) Responsible for the SM&ID, USVs & SUH targets of the city with respect to community mobilization, SHGs, Federations, Revolving Fund, CLCs, Vendor development plan, Vendor Markets development and Shelters for Urban homeless etc.

iv) Ensure the SHGs, ALF and CLF structures are established in the city. v)Responsible for providing need based Technical Assistance to Community Organizers (Cos).

vi) Arranging for appropriate linkages with relevant agencies/ departments and integrate Social mobilization agenda in implementing of NULM.

vii) Ensure reporting of the Social mobilization and institution Development component

viii) Work closely With other Managers at the city level for successful implementation of NULM

ix) Perform any other related tasks assigned by the City Project Officer, CMMU.
